Rebecca Kotz, Marketing Consultant & President Rebecca Kotz has over 10 years experience in marketing communications, in both the corporate world and as an entrepreneur. She speaks at conventions and events about utilizing social media for business. As the Marketing Consultant at GEMS Solutions, Inc., she helps our customers develop and implement strategies and tools to optimize their web marketing, internet advertising, search engine optimization, website content and social media. Previously, Rebecca served as a marketing communication consultant for Dow Corning. Rebecca has a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a B.A. in Communication from Saginaw Valley State University. She also teaches internet marketing at Northwood University. Her passion is empowering businesses and nonprofits with a website, social media and training to harness the power of the web! Douglas Tocco, Creative Director Douglas Tocco has 18 years of experience in website development and over the past 21 years in graphic design he has serviced clients such as Coca-Cola, Disney, GM, Pontiac, McDonalds, Volkswagen, Coors, Super Bowl, IBM, Ford, George P. Johnson, H. B. Stubbs, Yamasaki and Associates and many others. His expertise includes web design, corporate design, illustration architecture detailing, simulation, computer animation, industrial design, architectural simulations and multi-media development. Douglas has received many honors, including the Target Awards, Caddy Awards, Benjamin Franklin awards, Hallmark, the Detroit Scarab Club, Addy Awards, American Illustration and the Society of Illustrators. Richard Repucci, Technology Solutions Architect Richard has over 20 years of experience in project and program management, training program management, educational consulting, technology solution architecture, network infrastructure and database migration planning. He served in operational management at Hewlett-Packard of over 4,000 systems, supporting over 120 weekly training events, delivered to over 45 different countries, and 1,200 students. Richard developed and deployed training system solutions for a major US office supply retailer, Japanese Cell phone carrier and a major technology company’s global channel training organization. These projects ranged in size from $250k to $12 million. As an SAP Consultant, Richard worked with a wide variety of fortune 100 companies and their IT departments on the implementation and deployment of SAP solutions. His customer list included Accenture, DeKalb Genetics, Dow Chemical Company, Ford Motor Company, National Car Rental, PNC Bank Corp, Procter & Gamble and Rubbermaid. |
