Once we build your new website, we can provide comprehensive training for employees to update the content, including pages, photos, events, documents, links, and so on.

Website Training Process

When we build a new website a client, we also provide a 2 to 3-hour training on how to manage the website content updates. The training includes a very detailed "Reference Guide" that has step-by-step instructions with screenshots and an index to easily find the section you need.

The training and reference guide include how to:

  • Edit a page
  • Add a new page
  • Edit a menu
  • Insert images, links, documents, etc.
  • Manage any components in your website (i.e., event calendar, blog, email newsletter system, testimonial system, live chat, etc.)
  • and much more...
